Incorrect size poles
I paid £39.95 for 35 mm poles and was very pleased with the fast delivery. However when I opened the package the poles were 28 mm which should have only cost me £29.95 with same day delivery. So, although I am very pleased with the purchase and delivery, a bit disappointed that I have had to pay £10 extra.

Good value
Overall good value for money. The beehive finials look good and the 28mm poles (2 x 1.5m screwed together) are pretty rigid and straight. Installation was fairly straightforward, though I didn't use the included screws and rawlplugs which were a bit short for our walls. Because the (three) wooden brackets thread onto small metal inserts which are first screwed to the wall it's a bit a bit of a faff to make sure they're level when fully flush to the wall. Overall very pleased though.
