Had this for 2 months and it's great. Hose doesn't kink like my previous one. Being able to store it inside the reel looks so much tidier! For the quality of the product it's very reasonably priced.

Difficult to assemble
This hose is easy to kink. It was unbelievably difficult to assemble . I’m 80 years old and would have had to return it if I’d not had my son to set this up for me. My son had to use considerable strength to do the job. Very disappointed

Good product
Really good product spray hose is nice and light, good feature that you can click lever to keep spray on. Only downside is shame you can’t wall mount hose reel as it can be tricky rewinding hose.

Great hose and really good value. It came with everything I needed including the parts to make a feeder hose to the reel. Seems pretty sturdy. Instructions aren’t the best but easy enough to figure out.

Been using Hozelock for years , good system does eventually fall apart but doesn't everything? This was an addition to what I've got , and is certainly value for money with all the bits provided , thank you Argos .

Bought this 2 weeks ago and going well so far. Set up was a little tricky as the instruction drawings were confusing but eventually got it sorted thanks to YouTube. No leaks or kinks so far and a good solid hose all round.
