Been using Hozelock for years , good system does eventually fall apart but doesn't everything? This was an addition to what I've got , and is certainly value for money with all the bits provided , thank you Argos .

Bought this 2 weeks ago and going well so far. Set up was a little tricky as the instruction drawings were confusing but eventually got it sorted thanks to YouTube. No leaks or kinks so far and a good solid hose all round.

Great hose and reel, but not easy to assemble.
Bought this to replace an old hose and reel. It is excellent but was hard to put together. The instructions are poor as they are only a series of illustrations which are not that easy to understand. Went into the Hozelock website and found a video explaining how to assemble the hose and reel. Pity they didn't bother to mention that on the instructions. The video helped and the reel and hose are now working and we are very pleased with it.

The hose came with instructions that did not match the model received. Pretty much every connection point leaks. It just about works but I get the feeling it will only get me through one summer

Takes time to assemble, but good when it's done
Took a while to assemble it. Paper instructions are useless, I watched Hozelock's YT video. You'll need your own bit of hose to connect the set up to your garden tap. Basic operation seems fine, some reviews mention leaks, time will tell. Pleased with it.
