With 4 gas burners, a conventional oven, and a separate gas grill, you have all essentials for roasting, grilling and hob cooking. Push-button ignition makes lighting quick and fuss-free, while front-mounted dials simplify adjustments when juggling pans. Inside you'll find 5 shelf positions for flexible cooking, whether you're baking a batch of cupcakes or roasting a Sunday joint. The oven gives you plenty of space for family meals, and the double-glazed door keeps heat where it belongs. The gas grill is combined with the oven and includes FSD (flame failure device) that automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame goes out - handy for peace of mind. Not what it says on the tin!!
Page 39 of the online manual for this appliance gives full instructions of how to change the oven lamp. After the installers had left I found the oven light was not coming on. I contacted Argos Customer Services and was put through to there Technical Appliance Support Team who later emailed to confirm that the light did not need to be activated but rather it should automatically come off on when the oven is in use. Argos decided there must be a fault and a week later delivered a replacement. This was installed, then the installation engineer stated that there was no light in the oven is- that the model I had purchased did not have a light in the oven!!! I was flabbergasted and very disappointed - JUST WHY DOES A MANUFACTURER SUPPLY A MODEL SPECIFIC MANUAL GIVING INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS OF HOW TO CHANGE A PART THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST!!! It was, to say the least, certainly misleading and may well breach the Trade Desncription Act. I haven’t tried the cooker yet but feeling unable to face going through the whole process of selection/delivery/installation again, I have decided to keep it. But buyers beware this model does not have an oven light!!

The Bush 60cm didn't play games. It arrived in a sleek, pristine white that looked like it belonged in a Beverly Hills beach house, even if the price tag said otherwise. The four gas burners fired up instantly with a power play of blue flame – no hesitation, no excuses. This machine knew exactly how to turn up the heat. The combined oven and grill was a tight, intense setup; it didn't give you a separate penthouse cavity, forcing everything to happen in one high-stakes arena. But it handled the pressure. The flame failure safety device was a smart addition – a total killer instinct that cuts the gas the second the flame dies, because in this kitchen, you don't survive by leaving loose ends. It’s cheap, it’s tough, and it rules the room.
