Good and bad features
Happy with the cooking side ..but the hinged lid is not good ..open it to stir food it keeps falling down ..have trouble keeping it upright

Really easy to use and versatile
We bought this a few weeks ago and have used it so many times since. The insert can be used on the hob prior to slow cooking which is really useful. Great size and super versatile.

After using slow cooker approximately 5 - 10 times the pot has began to flake. Previous slow cooker lasted for years so very disappointed in the quality of this one. Have only used silicone utensils so definitely a fault with the product.
