Our supplier has advised that the Argos Home Criss Cross Metal LED Flush Ceiling Light - Black ceiling cup is not designed for counter-sinking.
The bar(1) fixes to the ceiling, after which the ceiling cup is screwed to the bar, leaving H35mm of the ceiling cup visible.
