About this product
Need a straightforward microwave for everyday essentials? The De'Longhi AM820C offers 800W of reliable cooking power in a glossy black finish to suit any kitchen. With 20 l capacity and a 25.5cm turntable, it's ideal for smaller households or compact spaces. Eight automatic programmes simplify cooking. Whether defrosting chicken, reheating pasta, or cooking from scratch, just select your option and let it work. Simple controls ensure confident use, while the child lock keeps little ones safe.
What makes this De'Longhi useful is how it covers all the basics brilliantly. The 800W power delivers even heating across the turntable, so no cold spots in your porridge or scalding edges on your soup. The dedicated defrost function reduces time when you've forgotten to take something out the freezer, and with eight programmes from reheating to cooking, you'll reach for it daily. The metal interior wipes clean easily, and the compact footprint won't dominate your worktop. Backed by a 1 year manufacturer's guarantee, it's a dependable kitchen helper that gets on with the job.

It works well
Had a similar one for 9 yrs and that was a decent microwave so went for the same (newer model). It's a slightly smaller internal space but works well. It's above average and does the job well.
