Bend the flexible boards to tip food safely into the pan or the bin. Made of multi coloured, polypropylene. Use one each for veg, meat, fish and dairy to prevent cross contamination. Broke first time I used it
I loved this concept but the first time I took the thin boards off the main one, one of the thin boards broke which was disappointing. Not hard wearing enough

Liked these boards as they go with the matching mixing bowls which is a nice touch. Seem to be well made and no issues so far.

Three very thin boards & useless holder but they seem to be holding up well, fold so you move ingredients to a pan & fit into dishwasher well

“ The boards are all separate and held together on the pins of the dark blue thick board. You can simply lift each one off. ”
