Easy purchase, item in stock and very good customer service from the young lady there. However the ‘senior’ woman at the counter could not have been less interested. More interested in playing with her phone and directing the younger member of staff to do everything. Come on Argos, you should be better than that. 😞

Although it is easy to purchase the 912 Black ink for the HP printers. Would be great if we could also have the full range of colors and the XL version of the ink.

Apologies, this doesn't allow you to use these with the HP Officejet Pro 9016. You will need the HP 965.
