Great. A really good remote. Mine had passed its sell by date, the buttons refusing to work. Didn’t have to make any changes to the set up on the tv. Just took it from the box and away to go. Lovely, don’t have to endlessly press buttons waiting for a response.

I bought this a few weeks ago and so far it's working well. I bought this after trying a cheaper version from elsewhere but unfortunately that didn't work for very long! This genuine remote is better made than the alternative remote but doesn't feel quite as good as the original that came with my Sky box many years ago.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Sky+ HD SKY120 Remote Control.
The SKY120 remote is designed for Sky+ HD boxes and may not be compatible with the Sky Stream box, which uses a Bluetooth remote specifically paired to the device. Only one Bluetooth remote can be connected to a Sky Stream puck at a time.
For full functionality and support, it's best to use the official Sky Stream remote or contact Sky customer support to confirm compatibility.

Unfortunately our remotes work only with Infrared (IR) and won't work through a closed tv cabinet.
