Needed a new Sky Remote Control as the existing one had an issue with switching on & off as it appeared there was a technical fault inside (batteries were checked). I ordered online & collected it that day. It was like a breath of fresh air when it worked immediately. Extremely happy 😊

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Sky+ HD SKY120 Remote Control.
The SKY120 remote is designed for Sky+ HD boxes and may not be compatible with the Sky Stream box, which uses a Bluetooth remote specifically paired to the device. Only one Bluetooth remote can be connected to a Sky Stream puck at a time.
For full functionality and support, it's best to use the official Sky Stream remote or contact Sky customer support to confirm compatibility.

Unfortunately our remotes work only with Infrared (IR) and won't work through a closed tv cabinet.
