New Sky control works well
Our old Sky HD control became worn out. This replacement reacts quickly when buttons are pressed. The only down side is that we now have to use the TV control as well to turn the TV on and off and to adjust the volume. Previously the Sky control did it all. Overall very pleased.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Sky+ HD SKY120 Remote Control.
The SKY120 remote is designed for Sky+ HD boxes and may not be compatible with the Sky Stream box, which uses a Bluetooth remote specifically paired to the device. Only one Bluetooth remote can be connected to a Sky Stream puck at a time.
For full functionality and support, it's best to use the official Sky Stream remote or contact Sky customer support to confirm compatibility.

Unfortunately our remotes work only with Infrared (IR) and won't work through a closed tv cabinet.
