Beautiful light and very affordable considering how nice it looks. Leaves a lovely effect on the ceiling too, and only over a small area around the light rather than casting shadows all over the room. My electrician seemed to find them easy to fit.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised: No, a dimmer switch is not needed to this light.
A 2W LED bulb is comparable to an old 20W incandescent bulb, but with 5 of them in this light there is plenty of light available. While the suitability for a lounge will depend on the size of the area and personal preference of the consumer, for a brighter feel I would recommend choosing a bulb with a higher Kelvin colour measurement (3000K is a warm light, 6000K is a cool white).
