Comfortable, good for building strength and muscle

Worth trying
I bought the 1.5kg ankle weights to up the ante in my lazy leg workouts. They are easy enough to put on and remove. I'm not convinced the durability will last as some of the stitching on the velcro is loose but for the time being they work.

Pull the straps so it sits snugly
Adhere the steps to the velcro to secure fitment.
