Extra rings for my poles.
Bought a curtain pole..and after not having curtains for many years…we had various blinds..so my mistake in not getting extra rings…anyway straight to my local Argos and got these..pole was on offer and these were a great price..so still saved some money!! Perfect match to the pole we purchased..

Check measurements
Very small, too small to glide so make sure you check the measurements. I'm having to order new ones. Would be absolutely fine if I had a smaller pole but I'm not going to that trouble.

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know the ring outside diameter is 45mm, and the inside diameter is 30mm. The thickness is 7mm.
