Not bad for the prices
Brought theses as I needed them to do physio for a misaligned knee cap. They are comfortable and stay put. Only issue is, there is too much Velcro and sometimes they stick to things like the carpet, but if turn them round you can avoid this, but not a comfortable.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg: They should be used in accordance with the instructions. As the water might loosen them or make them heavier.

No, they are not washable. It is recommended to spot rub surface only.

Our supplier has advised that the Opti Wrist and Ankle Weights - 2 x 1kg are made from SBR and iron sand and they are not washable.

The weights are not adjustable. I find 1 kg is heavy enough for me. Besides the weights slow down the speed at which I walk.
