Bad gimmicks, cheap feeling, limited actual effect
It has little effect on hair, if any even after the 4-6 weeks of continued use. I have had laser removal elsewhere previously and the results are night and day. The machine itself has already started to develop a fault where it fails to detect my skin at all. The automatic sensitivity adaptation thing is a cool gimmick, but it would be better if I could turn it off. It often misjudges my skin (very pale) and sometimes just refuses to go above the lowest setting, even when it's on the most aggressive mode.

5 months and no results, faulty laser head
The question section states it should be effective if you use a electric razor to shave, then use the laser. After 5 months of using it weekly, I've had no reduction in hair growth. I hope to see results from razor shaving, but this was a huge waste of time so far. Also, the bigger laser head is faulty, it never detects hair so it won't work, meanwhile the smaller head on the same area works fine.

I read the other answer and tried a trimmer myself, after 9 weeks I still have 0 signs of hair growth reduction. I think when they say this is possible , they mean probably not.
