About this product
The Pro Fitness Multi Bench adapts to your workout routine with 6 adjustable positions. It supports abs exercises as well as dumbbell moves throughout your session. Set it to incline, decline, upright or flat depending on the exercise. Whether you're building strength or toning up, it adjusts to suit various training styles. The padded supports help you get into the right position each time.
The preacher curl pad targets your biceps during arm workouts. You can train biceps and other muscle groups in standing positions too. Comfortable padding means you get the positioning right for each exercise. It supports a wide range of users safely during training sessions. You'll have varied home workouts sorted without needing multiple pieces of kit.

“ The max user weight is for the body weight only. The max training weight is the weight the user can hold. Even if the user is 50kg or less the max training weight is still 60kg and 30kg on the preacher pad. This may sound weird, but it is the definition in the EN standard, and all the safety tests are conducted based on this. ”

No, that's just the maximum user weight. The weights you'd then be using would be separate to that.
- The maximum user weight is 130kg
- The maximum training weight is 60kg.
- The maximum training weight on the preacher pad is 30kg.

I can confirm that to adjust the height you need to remove the metal rest from the adjustment hole and move it to whichever hole you need, there are no pins to remove.
