Sleek design and easy to get bag out. Hard to find bags to fit neatly and don't overhang too much. I think Beast bin liners might fit but I can only find them in large amounts online and I'm not 100% sure but they're the right size. That's the only thing that lets it down

Yes, the bottom of the outer bin is open, it acts as a frame, the inner bin sits inside it.
