Worth the money and more
I am extremely impressed with this carpet cleaner. I had an older version of carpet cleaner which wasn’t that great. This one really lifts out dirt that I didn’t know was there. The carpet feels like it’s new again and fluffy. Also I thought I had really cleaned my cat fur up but this vax lifts out hair that you can’t see. I am super impressed

My carpets just love this machine.
Bought the Platinum Smartwash machine in November 2025, and I'm glad to say that it's one of the best purchases I bought in 2025. After trying this in December to clean the carpets before Christmas I was amazed at how easy it was to use. No faffing about mixing fluid to water, just add the carpet cleaner fluid that comes with it, in it's tank. add clean warm water to the top tank and away you go, clean carpets in no time. The waste water tank is so easy to remove and replace and to use it's push forward to clean, pull back to dry, it's as simple as that. There's a dry only button for drying only and the attachments that come with it clip onto the hose and inserted into thd front of thd machine. There are parts which come away to clean the twin brush bars and they also pop out to clean more thoroughly. Overall this is machine os so easy to use it's literally child's play. Well done Vax for an easy carpet cleaning machine with the most simple operating system there is.

It is very accurate and does it work perfectly it penetrates deep into the carpet clean all the dirt and absorb it all and leaves the carpet clean dry and fresh I love it. Even though at first I thought it is not working properly but after sometime it started working perfectly 👍👌

Wasn’t as heavy as I thought it was going to be I’ve washed the living room 4/5 times times and it was filthy Have washed stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms Didn’t use much solution Easy to clean hoover after washing carpets Will use this on a regular basis to keep carpets and rugs clean
