I absolutely love my Vax Platinum SmartWash! It cleaned my carpets amazingly, they look fresh, bright, and like new again. I was really impressed with how dry the carpet was afterwards; it was almost completely dry within a short time. It’s easy to use and gives professional results at home. Definitely worth every penny!

it does a decent job drying , all auto , forward wash /back to dry, and the shampoo is good also thats auto fed as well, but somehow i got musty smelling carpets , thats using vax shampoo as well , so was happy but not so now

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Vax Platinum Smartwash Upright Carpet Cleaner:
I can confirm the machine does not have any sort of a heating element to it. However, it will suck up a lot of the water to the point that it will only take a few hours to dry once completed, especially during the summer in warm weather.

Having checked the instructions, it advises:
The machine should be in the upright position when using the hose and tools; this will de-activate the brushes. To avoid saturating the carpet, do not use more than 4 wet strokes over any one area. Always end with dry strokes (trigger released).
