Tried this on a rug, the drying was superb ready to put back down in no time at all. Tick longer to rinse and dry the cleaner. Well worth the money.

Very happy with the vax carpet cleaner. It was easy to assemble and very easy to use. I have no regrets choosing this model and was sold on the long guarantee. I am very happy with how clean my carpets are after using for the first time. The drying feature was excellent. I did a better job overall than a “professional “ we had hired the previous year. It didn’t get five stars as the vacuum doesn’t feel as sturdy as the price tag would suggest.

Excellent machine.
Excellent purchase at a great price. So much easier to use than the original Vax Carpet washer due to automatic change from washing stroke to drying stroke. Also appears to give a better clean.

I’ve used the cleaner twice and I’m delighted with the results. Bought it on offer and received it with free next day delivery. Compared with my old Vax (20 yrs old), it is very easy to clean, all the parts come off and fit back easily. The steam cleaner I got free is excellent.

Our bedroom carpet was in need of a clean, really was quite dirty and marked. So as I thought the carpet cleaner would do for the rest of our home I decided to invest in one. Never been so pleased with a product! It worked beautifully and it will continue to keep the carpets looking good with future cleans now I possess a Vax.

Don’t like this cheaply made model at all. I do not like that there’s no cleaning liquid handle control so I can target stains with the push of a button. It does not collect water from carpet as the previous one, at least 25% is left in carpet. Absolutely ghastly cheaply constructed disaster
