I have three dogs and they are currently going through their Spring Moult. I purchased this machine. My 2nd Vax cleaner (my first blew up). Compared to my original machine I can see that a lot of thought has been put into upgrading this machine. I can now see the pile on my carpet visibly lifted after a clean, despite hoovering with a very good machine twice prior to cleaning, this machine still dug deep and removed further pet hair aswell as the usual mud from mucky paws. I love the fact that the carpet is very nearly dry as soon as it has been cleaned. This means I can clean it more often. This machine is incredibly easy to clean after use.

It does what it is intended to do but I find it cumbersome & fairly difficult to move around! I was surprised to find I had to do a fair amount of assembly & I’m quite concerned about the flimsy looking wheels & feel of parts!!

Great cleaning with hand held tools for stairs, although machine was too heavy for me to hold at the same time as cleaning. Easy to use but disappointed with the length of time it took to for larger carpet spaces to dry.
