No use for deterring squirrels
I can't say how this product does in preventing cats, however I bought it to prevent squirrels getting at my bird feeder, when I saw a squirrel sittn on one of the stip I realised tha it wasn't going to work!! The product seems well made though and is easy to fitad I guess if you are trying to deter cats, quite possibly effective.

Cat deterrent
Very happy with this product. Fastens over the whole of the top of the fence curvature. Durable to all kinds of weather and keeps the neighbours cat out from fighting with mine. Recommended 5 stars.

Fixed the problem
Fixed to top of fence to prevent cat sitting on fence by a bird box . It was a bit awkward to fix as the points got in way of attaching to fence

Cats phew!
I hoped these would keep the local cat out my yard, but I think the one that keeps trying has been trained by Vaslav Nijinsky, it seems to be able to dance through the gaps between the spikes. The deterrent is there though, not a bad product, for te price some screws would add to its value.

I recently purchased 3 boxes of fence toppers with prior to a neighbor's cat. Since adjusting these fixtures onto my back garden top fences it has actually been a positive result.

Does the job well.
Got these to put along the top of the fence that cats were using to jump into my garden. Once they where installed. The best way is to screw them in. I couldn't be bothered with drilling holes and buying screws as none come with it so I glued them on. They do the job. Doesn't harm the cats just makes it uncomfortable to walk on .

Yes, I would think so. They wouldn't be able to jump up onto the window sill if the spikes were there as they wouldn't get any purchase on the sill with their paws. The strips are designed to be screwed down onto a wooden fence so if your sills are upvc, not sure how you would attach them though
