Great grip
This grab rail is excellent. Its quite long so need a good space. It has a good grip and is holding up with the weather. Definitely would recommend it for people struggling to get out of house.

No, the they do not come supplied with fixings.
This is because the screws and fixings needed will be based on the type and material of the wall it’d be getting fixed to. You should always check the type of fixing you are going to use on the wall type (substrate) it's to be fixed to.
This should be installed by a suitably qualified/competent professional as they will know the correct and best way to attach the item to the wall. There’d need to be consideration of things like the location of electrical cables and stud positions in some walls and locations as well.
For each type of wall too, different sizes and types of screws and other fixings, e.g. rawl plugs, will be required. Also, for, e.g., a plasterboard stud or lathe and plaster, you’d need to span the distance between the relevant studs with a suitably strong and thick board (40mm x 140mm). For brick or block walls, usually a minimum screw length of 50mm x size 10 and rawl plugs would be needed. (Never drill through pre-stressed concrete to install a Solo Easigrip product either).
The item will come with a list of instructions on how to fit this and which fixings go with which wall type.

The rail may be fitted to most types of solid wall. It will depend on the type of walling though and, if fitting to plasterboard, please ensure that suitable fixings are used. They also advise to consult a suitably qualified tradesperson if need be.
Normally, 10 x 50mm roundhead woodscrews with suitable wall plugs would be needed to fix it in position. Depending upon the application, other fixings may be more suitable.
