This toaster looks very up to date and has a quality look to it. It has a lift facility to check how items are toasted during the cooking cycle which is a bonus, I did not know it had this function until I got it out of the box. I am very pleased with this toaster.

Seems fine - everything you could want in a toaster. However, time will tell. Previous toaster lasted only a few years and couldn't be repaired. Toasters are notoriously short-lived. This one has a good rating, however, so fingers crossed!

Wonderful for big slices!
Needed a toaster that could do 2 breakfasts at once, for thick long bread, this is the perfect one for me. Cooks perfectly, no bread poking out the top and it just looks nice too.

Disappointed
Bought this couple of days ago & put on full without anything in as says in booklet. Then have used a few times put on no 1 & didnt brown at all, so then tried no 2 either leave & when pops up is burnt or have to keep looking & as soon as it looks ok take out, cannot wait for it to pop.up. Very disappointed.
