No reason I can think of why the Energizer Vision HD+ Focus LED Head Torch Headlamp cannot be used for running, albeit the beam may bounce around somewhat.

After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Energizer Vision HD+ Focus LED Head Torch Headlamp: The elasticated band supplied with the headlight is adjustable and will stretch to fit around most work helmets. It would have to be tried with the specific hard hat to confirm.

“Apologies, there aren't any instructions for this. However, you correct that they can cycle through red, High, and low modes with the power button. The second red button on the top, can be used when on high mode to focus the light and access the other two modes, a wider beam option or a focused spot. ”

The bulbs in this Energizer Vision HD+ Focus LED Head Torch Headlamp are not replaceable.
However they are LED and tend not to need replacement.
