Great for a budget build.
You can spend thousands on the same piece of equipment to do the same movements. For the price you can't beat it (although wait to buy it in a sale). I've used this piece almost daily for 6 months now and it's still holding up perfectly. The Bad. -The left handle to adjust the position was threaded poorly and I was unable to fit the pin which holds the handle in place. I fixed this by just using a spare gym pin. -The guide rods for the weight stack are NOT smooth and creates unwanted resistance, I fixed this by using a small amount of bike grease and haven't felt any extra resistance since. -Do not expect to do Lat Pulldowns with this machine, unless you have someway to hold yourself down. -The pulldown bar and small bar provided has a basic foam grip which slips off and rolls around the bar when a large amount of weight is loaded onto it. -When the handles are set to the highest position if the cable isn't being pulled straight out from the pulley it can rub, creating extra resistance and potentially damage the cable. -It can be very awkward trying to put this together solo. The Good. -Picking this up in a sale makes it one of the cheapest cable machines you can buy. -Comes with every attachment you could need for a home gym, however they are cheap and I only regularly use the V-grip attachment, all the others I have replaced with better quality pieces. -So many exercises can be done on this machine, much more than what's just labelled on the machine. If you are in the market to build a budget home gym this is an incredible piece for the price (when on sale).

Great for the price
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value and Versatile Machine Really impressed with the Pro Fitness Cable Crossover overall — solid build, smooth cables, and a great range of motion for various exercises. It’s excellent for home workouts and feels like a commercial-grade setup at a very reasonable price. The only minor issue I’ve noticed is that when using just one side of the machine, the weight stack can feel a little juddery. It’s not a dealbreaker, but worth being aware of. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic piece of equipment and offers great value for money!

Great bit of equipment and good value
Got this in the sale and glad I did. Quite difficult to put together, especially with one person, but the manual does strongly recommend two. Well done to the people who said they did it solo in 3-4 hours. I think a more realistic expectation is 5+, especially if solo, and even then your gonna need to be quite tall and strong to manage. The machine has been great after a couple weeks use. A bit of lubricant is recommended to get the best use of it. It feels nearly as good as the high end gym cable machines, which is great for the prince point. Small point, a couple of the attachments are a little flimsy and tacky feeling, such as the single handles. They don't feel like they'll last that long under heavy load. However, the others feel solid quality.

Cable crossover
Bought this for my home gym 🏋️♂️ delighted I did, very sturdy. I have been training for 50 years, and would recommend this piece of kit. Word of advice measure the space you have, as the footprint is quite large. Jimmy

Great Budget Cable Crossover Machine
Tried it a few times and can’t complain. For the cost it’s exceptional. Pulleys are really smooth and works as well as any machine used in the gym. Attachments are ok but not great so bought some better ones but the ones supplied do the job.

Does the job
Have used this for a few months now and had no problems. Pulleys run smooth, even for a decent amount of weight. Definitely need 2 people to assemble this piece of China kit.

Amazing Product! Completed our home gym!
This product is just amazing for a home gym! It does what it says and you barely need anything else once you have this. I would say it would have been helpful to have more product specs on the Argos selling page as it doesn't say much about measurements so it's hard to know before you put it together.
