This shade has an adaptor ring, which can fit for both E14 and E27 lampholders. So would certainly cover the E14 bulb size.

It will hide a regular light bulb but if you have a larger bulb ten it won’t

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know this doesn’t come with instructions as it just fits onto your existing light fitting.
You need to push the small top section through the large hole in the metal section and then attach to lamp fitting and secure with the existing lampholder ring.
