About this product
The Habitat Ellis Toddler Bed makes that big move from cot to proper bed feel safe and exciting. It's built low to the floor so your little one can climb in and out independently, while extra long guard rails on both sides keep them secure through the night. Solid wood stands up well to toddler energy and daily use. It comes with a Habitat Kids Rae Comfort Open Coil Toddler Mattress included, that's breathable with a machine-washable cover for easy care.
The storage drawer underneath runs on smooth castors and tucks away neatly when you're done. It's ideal for spare bedding, toys or anything else that needs a home when space is tight. The white finish works with most bedroom styles. It's designed and tested to British and European safety standards, suitable for children from 18 months onwards. Self-assembly required, one person recommended. There's a two-year manufacturer's guarantee for peace of mind.
The underbed storage drawer is great for storing extra bedding and toys. On sturdy castors, it tucks away neatly, great for when space is at a premium.

This is 40kgs as it's a toddler bed. The 100Kgs that you are referring to was an older version of this held under the same catalogue number. This was back in 2020. The product description is correct.

“ The Ellis toddler bed can be used until the child is higher than 140cm. The bed / mattress is 140x70cm.
The bed can easily carry the weight from an older child, as it´s tested with 100kg. according to the BS 8509 safety and strength standard. ”
