Great capacity for batch cooking

Great for making polenta!
Excellent pot. I use it mainly when I make polenta which is notorious for sticking. It doesn’t stick in this at all. Very happy.

Great pans.
I already had the set and needed a bigger pan so ordered this. These really are good pans and the lid from this fits on the wok from the set. Scoville pans really are non stick don't wear out and reasonably priced. Although it was bent in transit. A mallet straightened it out again as I needed it asap.

The base diameter of the Scoville Neverstick 28cm Stock Pot is 225mm. Since your induction hob's recommended cookware diameter is 120-200mm, this stock pot would be too large for your hob's cooking zone.

Wooden or plastic utensils would be better used with the Scoville Neverstick 28cm Stockpot although the non stick surface is made to last and is 5 times stronger than other non-stick coatings, so metal utensils can still be used.
