About this product
Wake with a gradual sunrise and relax with a fading sunset, both of 20, 30 or 45 minutes. Choose the final sunrise intensity, created by mixed LEDs. With the auto-off or nightlight function, the display dims with the light level in your room, and the easy tap-control makes snoozing easy. There's an optional alarm beep, 9 sleep/wake sounds and power failure back-up. Ok
Got this a few weeks ago, great alarm. Really like the wind down feature for falling asleep. Alarm easy to snooze.

makes waking up easier
this does make waking up in the dark so much easier i wake up in a better mood, the sounds are great the sunrise and sunset options are great. i agree with some comments that it feels a bit cheaply made compared to some of their other products, and also i don’t think the interface is that straightforward it takes a few times to understand how it works.

Great alarm
I was worried this wouldn't be worth the investment, but this gets the thumbs up from me! The alarm sounds wake me up just fine and I'm pleasantly surprised the wake up light does help to make the dark mornings easier. Would recommend!

Not worth it
The sunlight is wonderful, but it’s so light that you have to use two hands or one hand very uncomfortably to adjust the light or press the buttons. On top of this, it has this unchangeable feature that if your phone turns on around it it’ll flash the LED lights on the front until the phone turns off, which is obviously very disturbing for sleep if you’re relying on the light to get sleepy. When I emailed to try to figure out why this happened I was given a short answer with no apologies or explanation for this feature. Very annoying.

Settled morning and evenings
I bought this lamp 6 months ago and use it every single day without fail. The sunrise and sunset features are a part of my daily routines and have helped with waking and sleeping so much. The clock is easy to use and easy to adapt to different daily schedules and helps to awaken and lift my moods from the instant of waking

Basic, but more than good enough.
Several years ago I bought a Lumie with more features, including radio and a sunset meditation track. But to be honest, I didn't use any of the advanced features. So when finally I couldn't get replacement halogen bulbs, I bought the refurbished Bodyclock Glow 150 with just the basics and a restricted choice of sunset and sunrise sounds. It is perfect for my needs. It's smaller, and neater. The only downside is that it is so lightweight that I need both hands to switch on the light and activate the sunset.

Don't buy one
Awful, unlike the other Lumie products, this didn't work well

Too expensive and could do more.
Considering the price the Bodyclock Glow 150 should do so much more. There should be blue light for the morning and warm light for the evening settings. The sounds should be better quality with more to choose from and longer sound bites. You should be able to set a seperate alarm sound in the morning alongside the gentle sounds to wake up to. It is a lot of money for what it actually does.

Missing basic features
Decent enough, good light and does the job in terms of waking me up etc. My reason for 3 stars is that there are basic features missing which I think is intentional so that you choose to buy the more expensive ones. For example, you can't set recurring alarms so have to manually torn it on every day. You can turn the light on/off with one button, you have to press and hold the + and - buttons which takes like 15/20 seconds. It's also lighter than the pressure required for pressing the buttons so I'm always having to hold it with one hand to press any of the buttons.

Hi Leigh,
The display automatically adjusts to match the light level in your room and turns OFF when the room is dark and you’re ready to sleep. You can change this setting if you prefer the display to stay on at LOW brightness when the room is dark. To check the time when the display is off you tap the top of the lamp cover and the display will change to low brightness for a few seconds.
Thanks for using Q&A,
