Given wrong bags for hoover in order
The bags are probably awesome, like every kärcher product I've used.. I ordered the WD 2 plus and the bags at the same time..the bags are not compatible with the WD 2 plus, only the WD2.. I have literally just discovered this as i needed to change the bag out for the first time..not sure if its been a problem with the pickers or not., as I can't actually pick the items myself, but kinda stuck with an open box of 5 unusable Kärcher bags.. I guess be more stringent when picking/checking orders and collecting orders

The supplier has advised the following on the Karcher WD 2 Replacement Bags:
“ The dimensions the the paper filter bags for the WD 2 (part number 6.904-322.0) are as follows: 240 x 120 x 7(L × W × H) (mm).
The hose hole diameter is approx. 35mm.
The WD 2 comes with paper filter bags as standard.
The WD 2 Plus comes with fleece filter bags, the part number for these are 2.863-314.0 ”

Beth is wrong on this one plus 1 - the box explicitly states they are not suitable for the WD 2 Plus, which I found out when I tried to use one and it did not fit or look like my previous one. I bought these because the website recommends them as associated and frequently bought together with the WD 2 Plus, but this is wrong and should be fixed to stop this from happening again.
Beth is wrong on this one. Ive just purchased these from Rhyl store and the box explicitly says not suitable for WD2 plus. Will have to return them.

No, the Karcher WD 2 Replacement Bags are not compatible with the Henry hoover ranges.
