An essential gizmo!
I was on a long journey and I'd forgotten my headphone adaptor for my iPhone and Argos basically saved my life! It meant that I could order a new adaptor while on the journey - pay for it - and just collect it when I got to Bristol city centre. The store was easy to find and the staff handed me my order really quickly! The price was good too. Overall the situation that had started out as quite grim had been turned around thanks to Argos selling the adaptor and my being able to buy it online.

Leave it in the shop
It suppressed the level of audio so much that I had to return it. Initially, I though it was the headphones were the issue but it was actually this adapter.
