After checking with our supplier, they have advised for the Neo G Kids Open Knee Support: ''As a rule, we would not recommend the Kids Open Knee Support for children of 2 and under. Although the support is fully adjustable there could be some discomfort with the way the strap is fastened and how many times it may need to be wrapped around the child’s leg which could lead to restricted movement.''

Having checked with the supplier for you I can let you know they say " Our Kids range of supports is designed to fit children up to the age of approximately 12.
They can be wrapped around as many times as needed on smaller children to achieve the best fit, though we recommend not over tightening them. You ought to be able to get the support to fit your five-year-0ld comfortably by doing this"
