The chain is lovely but it had no gift box just put into a plastic bag I was told by store person they didn't have any, which was very disappointing as it is a christmas present it just looks I purchased it from a market stall.

Perfect for my locket.
I bought this for a locket that comes on a chain as thin as cotton. It does say in the description that is a fine chain but it is thick enough to hold my locket without looking bulky. I think this chain would be perfect to hold any pendant that's lighter than say a full sovereign. I believe it would be good for a half sovereign though. As long as your pendant isn't absolutely tiny, this will be perfect for it.

Fine 9ct gold belcher chain
I bought this 9ct gold belcher chain two weeks ago so that I could put my already owned 9ct gold cross on it and at 20 inches my cross looks and sits lovely on this delicate chain. Although this is a fine chain it is really quite strong. I am very, very happy with my purchase and I fully recommend it to all especially if you have a lighter weight pendant to adorn it. Pure quality . Omg,how pure! And yellow colour with no mach my dream to be weren it with pendant whoI bought few months ago, and the pendant has the same description. Im so shocked and Im really disappointed and also not happy of the price of the item, as it looks fake gold, not solid at all. The price needs to be no more than 5 pound.
