LH is wrong. It is not a fuel additive, and has no effect on carbon footprint. If you put it in your fuel tank it will destroy the engine. It goes in a separate tank in modern diesel cars, and works to convert nitrogen oxide emissions into nitrogen and water. A particulate filter then further reduces solid particulates from the vehicles exhaust emissions.
