About this product
The Gtech AirRAM & Multi Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Bundle gives you two cleaners in one package, covering floors and everything else. The AirRAM upright handles carpets and hard floors without needing to switch settings, while the Multi handheld sorts out stairs, upholstery and awkward spots. Together they give you up to 60 minutes of runtime, and both have battery indicators so you know what's left.
The AirRAM weighs 3.2kg and the Multi is just 1.5kg, making them easy to move around. Both have LED lights to show up dust you'd otherwise miss, and easy-empty bins that drop the dirt out without the faff. The AirRAM has side suction for edge-to-edge cleaning and a washable filter. The Multi comes with a crevice tool, dusting brush, turbo brush, hair cutting tool, power brush head, and extension tube. It's brilliant for pet hair. Great product
I was surprised to find the suction on this product was far better than expected. Having two separate devices to cover all circumstances is a great bonus.

Fantastic Service
My Gtech finally gave up after many years of reliability. So impressed with it that it was a no brainer to order a new one. Ordered late on Friday afternoon and requested Saturday delivery expecting it would be the following week but the following day to my utter surprise the parcel arrived. Fantastic service.

Hello Cass,
The supplier has advised the following on how to replace fresh air plugs for the Gtech AirRAM & Multi Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Bundle:
“With the hand held vacuum, first remove the clear dirt bin. In the top of the lid there should be a green round plug with a paw print on it. That will be the top of one of the scented cartridges. With the AirRam, push along vacuum, again remove the bin from the housing of the machine. Then go to the bottom end of the bin, not the bit with the door to remove the waste but the other end and you will see a black clip over the rim of the base. Push the clip off the rim and then the filter on its fame will slide out. Remove the filter off the frame and at the narrowest end of the frame you will also find a green paw print button. This is the other scented cartridge. These will only be in place if the machines are the K9 versions. Model numbers AR30 and ATF037, AR44 and ATF060”.
Thank you for using Q&A.
