Good but can be a bit fragile
My son bought me this as a gift. I hadn't played with or built Lego since I was a child some 50+ years ago when you could only build square houses and cars. I found this a great challenge and it kept me busy for around 12-15 hours. My only criticism is that the side pieces can come adrift quite easily as you fit other parts. I did not come across any instruction book errors as mentioned by others, any parts in the wrong place were down to me not looking at them closely enough. One final point is that I wish the Marlboro logo was included in the sticker pack so you could decide for yourself if you wanted to add it to your set or not.

Good but super fragile
Firstly the helmet is great and a good addition to my collection. However, there is an error in the booklet which confused me and made me think I had done something wrong when I hadn’t it is just a printing error. Also it is another fragile build, I think the build process for any future helmets should be looked at and considered, as this one came apart in a few places when attaching pieces and this happened with the other F1 helmets.

Super cool Ayrton Senna LEGO helmet
I bought this as a collector to complement the other helmets in this range. From buying the other 4 helmets it’s good to see that LEGO have changed the design slightly from the first ones. Build is a little tricky but overall can be on your shelve in a couple of hours. The usual high quality product from LEGO and instructions are fool proof. Any hard to see areas can be rectified by using the LEGO builders app. I thought the level of detail from the original Senna helmet was pretty accurate apart from the well discussed tobacco advertisement on the front. I along with countless other collectors have purchased the aftermarket sticker which is an easy fix for this set. The set sits well is very stable and is easily lifted. Overall very happy with this new set

Best F1 helmet so far
Let down only by the need to resort to a 3rd party sticker for the Marlboro logo. The huge white space on the helmet detracts from an otherwise great helmet. My only criticism of the PDF instructions was my inability to differentiate between longer or shorter curved plates, especially the green ones with the stripes on. Led to trial and error till I got the best fit.
