Ideal for all those jobs that require kneeling. The hard caps protect your knees from the hard surface whilst the padding inside cushions your knees. The shape inside makes them very comfortable and cosy, and the straps are easy enough to clip on and clip off. The only hitch is they have a rabbit of working their way down the leg once you stand up and walk a little. But I guess you'll get this with most suchlike pads and isn't an issue for me. They stay put perfectly when in use.

"Total circumference is 47.5cm. The inner parts is soft with foam padding. The external has a plastic cap in order to protect the knee from sharp objects."
