About this product
The Sage Bambino Plus delivers barista-quality espresso at home, using ground coffee in a professional-sized portafilter for full flavour extraction. This manual espresso machine heats in 3 seconds, so you go from bean to cup faster, while 15bar pump pressure ensures rich, aromatic shots with perfect crema. The automatic steam wand removes guesswork from milk texturing, letting you adjust temperature and froth density to create silky microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites, or classic espressos and americanos with the hot water option.
Practical features simplify brewing. A removable water tank with level gauge, removable drip tray for easy cleaning, and dishwasher-safe parts including the stainless steel milk jug. The self-cleaning milk steamer handles mess, and a Clean Me light signals when descaling is needed. Auto shut-off activates after 20 minutes, and the machine runs quietly to avoid disrupting your routine. Included are the portafilter, tamper, Razor dosing tool, Claro Swiss water filter, milk jug, dual and single wall filter baskets for 1 and 2 cups, cleaning tool, cleaning disc, plus a 2-year guarantee.

Love this machine
I am so happy with my new coffee machine. I can make speciality coffee shop standard coffee every morning.

A little winner
I bought the Bambino Plus after conducting a lot of research. I was replacing a Sage Duo Temp that had done nine years of service. Sage builds quality machines and the Bambino Plus is quality. It is a lighter weight than the Duo Temp but that does not cause a problem. It is easier to move around the worktop. It offers more control i.e water temperature, a choice of controlled milk foam and automatic cleaning of the steam wand. I hope to get a long service life out of this machine and I believe it can be achieved by regular descaling, back flushing and cleaning. It is simple to operate and to date has been a joy to use. If you want a cup of coffee close to the quality offered by popular coffee cafes this is the machine to invest in. Enjoy!

Worst programming ever.
Worst machine ever if you like your mornings coffee latte. You just pulled your shot and the next thing machine goes into cleaning mode mode were you CAN'T SKIP to do your milk fluff. I HATE THIS SO MUCH EVERY TIME. So I MUST start the cleaning cycle. And I do it without cleaning medium, so I can do the cycle another time. But you know what YOU CAN'T START THE CYCLE AFTERWARDS. Useless programming.

Quality build and stylish
Brilliant coffee maker so easy to use and a joy to own.

Excellent espresso, but let down by penny-pinching.
The Bambino Plus extracts brilliant espresso and steams milk perfectly, but the out-of-the-box experience is frustrating. The included plastic tamper is useless, forcing an immediate upgrade. There is no printed manual, leaving you to guess what the cryptic flashing maintenance lights mean. Finally, there is no built-in storage for the array of baskets and cleaning tools, meaning you have to find your own box to keep the clutter off the counter. A premium machine let down only by cheap finishing touches.

Next level coffee
I bought the Bambino Plus after checking reviews. My key requirements were size, speed, ease of use. And of course the output! I was not disappointed on any count. My coffee is so much smoother now. Even cheaper / older beans taste less cheap and old (I know, but sometimes needs must). The auto frother is great, allowing a bit of tidying up while it does its thing. Good to have everything you need supplied including a jug. Does anyone know what the black rubber disk is for? I don't want to watch videos to find out, which is the format to replace the instructions. I eventually found the instructions on the water container and the frother spanner underneath it but still no wiser on the disc thing. My only real issue is it can be hard getting the portafilter on and off. It's a lightweight machine and can be hard to get a grip to stop the whole machine moving. So, lovely little machine, lovely coffee, get one.

Sage Excellence
Best coffee machine I’ve ever bought.

Great product at a great price point. I’ve been using it for a couple of months now and once I got my Ode Gen 2 recalibrated it produced great espresso. It delivers fast results while taking up a small countertop footprint. My only gripe is the leaky drip tray - no matter what I do I always end up with a puddle of water under the machine which is hard to clear.
