great mattress of such a high quality it has lasted me many years I think this is our 5 years anniversary together. I am in love with this mattress the Octaspring is superb! But the only problem I have is it is rather pricey and after 4.5 years there has become a random indent in the side of my bad. I am of normal weight and do not sleep on this side of the mattress so I am not sure how this has happened. Apart from that it is absolutely brilliant.

WASTE OF MONEY!! DO NOT BUY!!
I have been using this mattress for 4 months and the agony both me and my husband are in like I can't move because of the pain. I bought this mattress because I have scoliosis. This was the biggest mistake. I contacted quality control who sent out an inspector but Dormeo said that the dipping was due to "normal wear and tear". How on earth can a mattress cause dipping within 4months of use when both me and my husband are of normal weight?! I have bought cheaper mattresses than this and have turned out to last many years!! Even though we have followed every instruction of care including regular rotating. The middle of the mattress is higher than the sides we lay on. Therefore, now left with a useless mattress where there are 2 indents from where we lay and severe back pain for me and my husband. The only reason I bought a new mattress was because we were moving house and my mattress at the time, was not big enough for both me and my husband. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have money to waste!

Waste of money
Had this mattress under 2 years, started out ok but it is now uneven and giving my husband and I an awful nights sleep. Dispute rotating it, there are two indents from where we lay and the middle part of the mattress is higher. We are also both average weight. We thought we were investing in a long lasting mattress but it has turned out to be a huge disappointment and an expensive mistake!

A Blissful night's sleep
I originally orderd a different mattress, but I discovered that it didn't have the option to take away the old mattress. I was going to cancel the order, but I was offered the Mistral at the same (much lower) price, as well as two free pillows. I am so glad that I took this option. Customer services were brilliant and the mattress arrived in 11 days, which was well inside the estimated delivery time. The delivery process was smooth and quick and I was kept informed of the delivery time during the morning. I had the most comfortable night's sleep that I have ever had. I felt totally relaxed and supported and I cannot recommend this matress highly enough. Thanks Dormeo!

Best mattress I’ve had so far
We brought this mattress after suffering problems with back pain with our previous mattress, this is a well built and quality matress and the Octaspring technology seems to work well. Only snag I have is that its starting to become soft in some areas after one week of use hence why I’ve given it 4 stars so far. I will review this again after 1 month.
