About this product
The Habitat Clarice Velvet Office Chair's built for working from home or studying without sacrificing comfort. It's got a solid wood frame underneath that keeps it stable, while black velvet upholstery adds a touch of elegance. You can adjust the height with the gas lift function to line up with your desk, and the tilt mechanism lets you lean back when you need a breather. The swivel action means you can turn to reach things without awkward stretching. Castors let it glide smoothly across the floor, so you can wheel into position. It's tested to support users up to 110kg.
The velvet upholstery wraps the seat and backrest, that's a soft finish that holds up to daily use. Arms give you somewhere to rest while typing or reading. The castors are nylon, so they roll easily without marking floors. Self-assembly required, all fixings and things are provided. Comes with a two-year manufacturer's guarantee, that's one year for the fabric.

Great chair!
I bought this so that I can do online work from home. It is comfortable and supports my back and the colour goes well in the room. It was easy to assemble.

It’s really awful. It looks good at first, but after using it for 4 months the seat has completely sunk in on both sides under the thighs. It’s not worth buying at all. It’s only good for decoration, not for actual use.

To operate the tilt mechanism, you unlock it by pushing the bar of the mechanism outward, then the chair can tilt. To lock the tilt, if you so wish to keep it at one angle, you’d then just push the bar back.
