The JBL Sense Lite Blue earbuds feature an open-ear design with flexible ear hooks for secure, all-day comfort. Powered by JBL OpenSound technology, they use air conduction to deliver rich audio and deep bass while keeping you fully aware of your surroundings. Ready for workouts or sudden weather shifts, they carry an IP54 dust and water resistance rating. A 4-mic array guarantees crystal-clear voice calls, and the robust battery provides up to 8 hours of playback, extending to 32 total hours with the charging case.
Massive, Deep Bass Performance: While the Lite uses standard drivers, upgrading to the JBL Soundgear Sense brings massive 16.2mm dynamic drivers armed with a dedicated bass-enhancing algorithm. This eliminates the thin bass common in entry-level open-ear buds.
Immersive Spatial Audio: Moving to the Pro model unlocks JBL Spatial Sound and Hi-Res Audio Wireless, shifting the listener from standard stereo into a wide, 3D live-concert soundstage.
It boasts up to 48 hours of total playback (12 hours in the buds + 36 hours in the case). If caught low on power, its hyper-fast speed charge gives an impressive 4 hours of playback from just a quick 10-minute plug-in.

So loose they sound tinny
Bought these for running, as I find ear buds are always too big and uncomfortable. I hoped this would be the solution. I always buy JBL as the sound quality and particularly the bass is good. On first use of Sense Lite headphones my heart sank. They are so very loose I feel like they will drop off. The actual speakers are so far from my ear holes that the sound is too tinny and the bass is lost. It doesn't seem to matter which position I move them to (and as per instructions), they still feel they are loosely hanging off my ears. Disappointed.

All my excitement drained after using for 2 weeks
I'm not super exited after using my new JBL Sense Lite for 2 weeks. The very first time I put both earpiece for my 1 hour call I fell sick. After using both for just a day I was down with nausea and heaviness in my forehead. Then I started using one at a time just to figure out which one is problematic. Gradually I realised the right earpiece is the culprit. Somehow I managed to contain the show with only my left earpiece. I have been using JVC earpods for nearly 2 years but never experienced any such problem.

Great quality
Bought these a few months ago and have been really impressed with the performance. Lightweight, comfortable and really good sound quality that doesn’t leak at all. Easy to wear on the go and still be able to hear surroundings. Would like to give 4.5 but it won’t let me, simply for the fact they are difficult to wear with glasses/sunglasses because of the over ear function.

Very good sound for an open ear headphones. Very good battery life. They don't feel secure around your ears if you are wearing glasses so I wear a beanie when I go walking or running

Wouldn’t recommend.
Good sound quality but uncomfortable to wear and everyone around you can hear the music too. The speakers don’t sit in your ears, but sort of extend forward over your face. Wouldn’t recommend unless your primary goal is to be able to hear background noise.

Good battery life great way of music listening
I’ve been using the JBL Sense Lite for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the battery life is excellent. I can go days without needing to recharge. But what really stands out is how it transforms the way I experience music. Whether I’m working out or just relaxing at home, the sound quality is immersive without being isolating. Thanks to the open-ear design, I can still hear what’s happening around me, which makes it perfect for both safety and comfort. And the best part? No one else is bothered by my music anymore!

Good sound.
The JBL Sense Lite are lightweight open-ear earbuds that stay comfortable all day and let you stay aware of your surroundings.They offer clear sound and reliable call quality. Great for casual listening and daily wear, though not the best if you want heavy bass or full noise isolation. I do own another pair that has the noise cancelling option and I do miss that in this. Also they are comfortable but maybe a little too loose for me as a girl. My son likes it though so maybe a better option for guys and their gym sessions.

Nice comfy earbuds
I bought this article some weeks ago. I have been using it all days, and I think it's a great earbud. The sound is full, very high and it has really nice bass. Microphone is clear, I didnt have any problem with who i was talking with. The pairing with the phone is super easy and as soon as you take them off the charging cover, they are paired. Unfortunately, it doesnt fit perfectly with my ears so the sound is a little further to where it is supposed to be. Besides this, it is extremely comfortable and doesnt seem heavy for the ears.

I use them for every workout, and I’m very happy with them. The sound quality is above expectations, they’re clear, the bass is present but not overwhelming, and vocals come through perfectly. What I like most is that they’re lightweight and fit well on the ears, so I can exercise without worrying they’ll slip off. I use them daily at the gym, and they’ve really made my workouts more enjoyable. The battery lasts a long time, I don't need to charge them daily, and I love the fact that they connect instantly to my phone. The only downside for me is when I wear glasses, in that case, the headphones don’t sit very comfortably, and after a while they become a bit inconvenient. It’s not a major issue, I don't need to wear my glasses all the time, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, I’m very pleased with my choice, and I think the JBL Sense Lite offer excellent value for money. They’re perfect for sports or for listening to music every day.
