Do not buy
Not happy with the product for the price, tried to use it to vac my car and the suction is very poor and hardly picked anything up. Very disappointed would not recommend.

Perfect
I ordered this handheld 3 months ago. I think it’s amazing! The suction is better than my old upright vac from another brand which was about the same price! Battery lasts well also One thing I’d add, cleaning it the other week, I pushed the flap that opens when on the wrong way, this ultimately causes the vac to overheat and turn itself off. Fine once you know, just pop it back!

You will love this!
I got this when it launched and it was a wise choice! You can finish the car hoover up before the batteries are done. Be careful when trying to reach small/confined spaces like the inside of the tumble dryer as the attachment brush might get clicked out and will leave you opening up all the sides of the machine looking for it. But overall I am satisfied with it!

Disappointing in terms of battery life before needing to be charged again. Not very effective at picking up pet hair from the car.

Poor suction and keeps switching off
I’m not sure whether I received a faulty unit, but unfortunately the suction is very poor. More recently, it has also started turning off automatically whenever I increase the suction power, as though the battery is running low, despite the fact that it has just been fully charged. I bought this hoping it would replace my upright Vax, which is quite heavy and awkward to carry up and down the stairs and when vacuuming the car. Unfortunately, the suction isn’t powerful enough for either, and with the additional issue of it switching off, I don’t feel it’s fit for purpose. It’s disappointing as I had high hopes for this product, but I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Not up to vax standards
I bought this on offer, when it was half price. I feel for a VAX product, somewhat disappointed. It doesn’t hold it charge for very long, The suction isn’t great And the accessories are quite hard to swap to use.

Good for small jobs
Really handy vacuum for around the house, charges quickly and has a good run time. I knocked a star off because it overheats quite quickly, eg halfway through cleaning stairs.

I have had a hand held shark which hasn’t been great thought I would try this hopefully be better and it is. Does what it’s supposed to easy to use charge and empty
