Large capacity
I bought this recently and am pleased with it. Lots of functions and options and a large capacity The only thing I don’t like is the drive shaft is removable to make it more compact for storage but it flys across the kitchen every time you remove bowl and I think it will get damaged fairly quickly

Great features
I bought this to replace a broken food processor, and I find this Kenwood really excellent. It has a large capacity bowl, and a special device that allows you to shoot grated foood into your own bowl, which is something new! The grating discs are very solid and unlikely to bend, unlike those in my previous food processor. It also has a really useful storage bag for all the processing discs and smaller accessories.

Very capable. It even makes flour.
Clever design, high quality and safe. The grinder attachment even makes flour. I bought a high speed blender and a hand grinder for grain for making flour, and they failed miserably. If only I'd bought this Kenwood first. £90 is a lot for me to spend, but this machine is so capable that it's worth the money.

Graters are disappointing and leave large chunks
Graters are disappointing and leave large chunks I really wanted to like this. It has a powerful motor, a decent-sized bowl, and lots of attachments, which looked promising on paper. Unfortunately, the grating discs are a major letdown. Whether I’m using the 2mm or 4mm reversible grating/slicing disc, a surprising amount of vegetables (especially carrots, courgettes, and potatoes) end up passing through on the side without being properly grated. You get a mix of nicely grated bits and annoyingly large chunks or whole pieces that slip past the blades. It means I still have to go back and chop or grate the leftovers by hand, which defeats the purpose of using a food processor. The Express Serve function is convenient in theory, but the inconsistent grating makes it frustrating in practice. Everything else (chopping, blending, etc.) works okay, but for a machine at this price point, the grating performance should be much more reliable. If you mainly need a good grater for vegetables, I’d look elsewhere. Shame, because the rest of the unit feels solid.
