Great versatile coffee machine
Purchased this coffee maker about a week ago, initially looks complicated but it's not. Very easy to set up and start using. Instructions are basic but scrolling online videos covered everything else. Wife and I love this machine and would recommend its purchase and at a good price. When first used the water temperature is set to low but it can be changed (check you tube) that was the only thing I didn't like, changed to high and now drinking more coffee than before.

Nice coffee maker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice coffee maker, although I haven’t used all of the features yet. It makes a lovely frothy coffee and is nice to use when you have a bit more time. One downside is that the tray at the bottom fills up with water quite quickly. Also, a clip was missing that should keep the water filter in place. I had a video call with a lady and showed her what was missing, but after the call ended I never heard anything more. The filter just floats around in the water tank, which isn’t ideal. Overall, I wouldn’t rush out to buy one. It’s nice to use at weekends when you have more time on your hands, but I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle for everyday use.

It's ok, but that all, just ok
I bought this a month ago and was excited to use it, whilst it is OK, sadly I've been a little disappointed by the experience vs the hype and selling points. Clearly the quality of the coffee depends on the beans, but unless you grind, often if using pure ground coffee, the water doesn't go through the filter well and puddles a little. I've found the heat of the coffee and the milk brother disappointingly tepid. I like HOT coffee and this certainly isn't. The frother also doesn't froth as much as advertised. The instructions are good to start you off but this is all, so I've had to search quite a bit to get more details, still not worked out the preheater on the top. All in all a little sad for the price paid and do wonder if I should have stuck to a cafetiere and separate milk frother......

Great tasting coffee at home!
I bought this machine a month ago after wanting to invest in a good bean to cup coffee machine. I own several other Ninja products so trust the brand. The colour way is beautiful, the machine is big but fits into a small kitchen. Its very easy to use and very easy to set up- the video guide was super helpful. All in all the machine is amazing and ive stopped purchasing coffee outside, however, the drinks are not steaming hot which is completely fine for me as I like to be able to drink my coffee straight away but others may find their drinks not hot enough.

Great machine just takes a while to make
I have been using it for over a week now and the coffee it produces is amazing but when you are a family of 4 and all drink coffee it takes too long to make them for us all. I wish I had waited for the auto barista to become back in stock to and got that one instead.

Looks good and works well!
I bought this a month ago to replace a sage barista bean to cup express. I liked the idea that the ninja worked the settings out for you and slight adjustments are prompted by the machine when you use it/change beans etc.
