Ordered a while back for a gift, which has just been given. Report back that it's very good. Looks very neat and not as bulky as other air fryers. Looks good in kitchen and has good functions and accessories.

Gear addition to the kitchen!
I’ve had it for a few days now and I’m learning how to get what I want from the Crispi Pro, first few efforts were not good; I like my meat done rare but also seared, so I’m pre-heating and using the max crisp option and that seems to be working. It’s great to be cooking meat without the mess! I’ve roasted pumpkin in it and that was very quick and nicely done. The glass containers are easy to clean and it’s handy to be able to see your food while it’s cooking. The whole machine feels well made and the controls are fairly intuitive.

Pleased with my purchase’
I bought this based on its good reviews as an airfryer with glass-bowl, in this case 3 different sized bowls. Other plusses were the first-time buyer discount and free mid-sized bowl. Cooking functions are good with variable temp settings. Food does slide towards the back a bit when the bowl is inserted but it is possible to rearrange through the gap once the bowl is flat in place and before sliding shut. As it’s glass and much heavier, I use more care inserting /removing than the metal drawer-type air fryer. Since the handles unit is not removable, water does linger (leaving water marks) between the glass bottom and its holder base after washing; the most annoying design fault for me. The handle unit also means the bowls cannot sit within the bigger one, even partially, so they have to be stacked on top of each other. Storage thus takes up vertical space. The noise during cooking and loud beeps at programme’s end is ok for me. I liked the relatively low heat dissipation outside the air fryer esp during the heatwave; much less ambient heat than using the oven. My alternative choice was the lower-priced Cuisinart. Comparable overall but lower wattage and reviews of steam coming out through the top of the bowl when in use. I’ve airfried cauliflower, chickpeas, baked potatoes and apples. All good!

Taste killer , not for me. Wasted £249.99
I’m not very happy with this . It kills taste somehow from whatever I put in . It’s like a fast food, fried out and with no life left in it . Much better results when I prepare my food using traditional cooker.

Love my new Air fryer!
Love this! It is my second Air Fryer from Ninja. My old one was still working properly but I decided to upgrade and this one is fantastic. The glass bowls make it much healthier than my previous one. Really recommend it.

Does the job but little disappointed
Does the job but I was expecting a bit more for the price. Glass gets very hot but thats normal I prefer glass over teflon I wish there were different handles or ideally 2 glass drawers like previous versions. I’m still trying to get used to this device and not 100% sure it was a good buy

Absolute life saver
This was bought for my daughter and partner mostly as a stop-gap when moving house when there was no cooker available for some weeks. It has proved invaluable and my daughter is very impressed with the way it cooks, especially salmon/whole chicken. It takes up a small footprint on the worktop and looks good. All in all a winner!

Really impressed with my new Ninja, quick delivery, clear instructions and easy to use, love that I can actually see the food cooking without having to keep opening up, haven’t used my cooker since I’ve had it, the glass dishes clean really easy as well .

Worst Ninja Product on the Market
Purchased the Ninja XL Crispi PRO 4 months ago to replace my dual ninja air fryer. It has been so disappointing. Cooking time takes much longer than other models. I often find a lot of food uncooked after serving despite following recommended cooking times. It is a nightmare to clean and really just does not look nice sitting on the kitchen counter. Stick to the original air fryer models.

Yes, you can cook jacket potatoes in a Ninja Foodi Multi-Cooker by washing and drying 4 baking potatoes (approximately 750g), rubbing them with 1 tbsp olive oil and sprinkling with 1 tsp sea salt flakes, then placing them in the Cook & Crisp Basket and selecting the Air Crisp or Bake/Roast function. Cook until the potatoes are soft in the centre and crispy on the outside, making them perfect to serve with your favourite toppings.
