Thought twice !
Thought twice about purchasing but then the red code discount persuaded me, so glad i did because I wouldn’t want to be without my Apple Pencil .

Bit expensive but an essential for the iPad Pro M5
A short while ago, I bought an Apple USB-c second hand and was reasonably happy with it but it did have limitations. I thought long and hard before taking the plunge here but I’m glad I did. I do a lot of photography and graphics work so I wanted something for very fine editing work and the Apple Pencil Pro does it in dosdes. It’s a tad on the expensive side but if you have an iPad Pro, it’s the only tool to get. Sure, there are cheaper alternatives but there is no point in skimping when it dies its job so perfectly. My one small complaint is that you cannot security lock the device to your iPad so, if you drop it, someone else could just have it and use it. Given that it includes “Find my” function, that does seem like a shortcoming that Apple should have fixed. Having said that, the magnets firmly fix it to the side of the iPad so it charges and pairs wirelessly. If you edit, draw or handwrite your notes, this is the pencil to have.

Mixed feelings
Bought this with my iPad and to be honest I’m not keen on it. Maybe that’s just because I’m not yet used to using one but I have connection issues with it when I want to draw. I won’t mark it low stars because I think it is genuinely because I’m not used to an Apple pen.
