About this product
The Bosch KGN34NWEAG Fridge Freezer is a workhorse if you need decent storage without dominating the kitchen. It's a bottom-freezer setup with fridge and freezer space totalling around 300 L, plenty for a family doing weekly grocery runs. The NoFrost system means no manual defrosting, and MultiAirflow keeps cold air circulating evenly so everything stays at the right temperature. The SuperFreezing function protects what's already in the freezer from defrosting and freezes new food faster.
It's got adjustable safety glass shelves, a vegetable compartment for your veg, and internal lighting so you can actually see what's in there. The FreshSense sensors monitor the temperature constantly, which keeps everything at the ideal consistency. There's an open door alert and high temperature warning, plus electronic temperature control with a display. The reversible door opens widely, and it runs fairly quietly. Bought this to replace my 20 year old existing Fridge/Freezer which had served us well. We really like our new one, it's roomy, has very good door seals. The shelves in the door are wide, so I can fit about 4 bottles of milk (2 ltr) on 1 shelf, and there are 2! I would thoroughly recommend this 50/50 Bosch fridge freezer.

Bosch Fridge Freezer great so far
Two weeks in we are very pleased with our purchase which was bought to replace an eleven year old Siemens model that had no defrost facility. The model is quiet with more than enough storage for the two of us with the added bonus of no need to defrost, brilliant. We also like the way the temperature can easily be adjusted in the fridge compartment with the turn of a knob. This is the third time I have attempted this review as previous attempts have failed at the "submit" button!

To replace a broken Hotpoint
This fridge/freezer met all of our requirements to replace our previous Fridge Freezer, It fit exactly in the recess the previous fridge/freezer. The features are very good and is silent in running, the controls are very easy to understand and the doors shut firmly The only thing I would say to improve things it with the instalation instructions, there is no mention as to how far the adjustment feet will extend at the front, it was simple to put a spacer under the feet so as not to extend too far. I am very pleased with my purchase and the fact I recieved a 5 year warranty was a bonus.

I am happy with my new Fridge Freezer it is similar to my old one. My only annoyance is that it the same size freezer but is a 3 drawer instead of the 4 door that I previously had, which means the middle drawer is deeper so you lose more stuff. Also, there was no cheese box in this one but thankfully the one from previous fits just fine. Gets very hot whilst it is setting itself up but then is fine.

Ok, so seems all good, fridge is a nice size and layout, freezer too and perfect for me as a singleton. It's is a bit noisier than my previous fridge freezer and the cooling fan can be a bit of annoyance but in fairness all I need to do is close the kitchen door.

Very spacious fridge freezer
I am very happy with my appliance , noise level is very low everything appears to be working very well, however I would like to make other customers aware. Make sure what you are actually getting , read all the small print . I went for this fridge/freezer because it was a good name and model -no problems . I thought I was getting free recycling if I purchased before 1st September . Sadly this was not the case , the delivery of it, left a lot to be desired, though the delivery drivers did redeem themselves. When I rang Argos to enquire about the free recycling I was told there was not any . I am recently widowed and this has been a lot of anxiety and extra money to resolve. Not sure about using Argos again in the future.

New Bosch
Bought this model to replace a Bosch FF that I had for 20 years , went for this one because it had the alarm on it, it's sleek and slightly taller then my previous one, loads of fridge room, shelf's hold a lot and the door shelf's hold an assortment of bottles and cans. It has one big salad/ veg basket so I'm getting used to that as I had two before, also wish it had an LED indicator for fridge so I could see the actual temperature instead of just a plain control which you then have to guess how cold you want it. The freezer has three drawers , the top drawer you can't get much in as it things fall over towards the back and can't shut drawer, the middle drawer is very deep so takes a lot but gets heavy to pull out and the bottom drawer takes a decent amount. will this last as long as my old Bosch only time will tell, overall it's a good FF from a brand that I trust.

We would advise to allow the fridge freezer to reach temperature before storing food inside. The time this takes will depend on the temperature of the room this is placed. Our recycling service is like for like so we would not be able to take a separate fridge and freezer I'm sorry.
