Faulty Air Purifier
I bought the original unit a couple of weeks ago and pretty quickly it was obvious that it was faulty. I told Shark about the issues and they agreed that it was faulty, so after sending it to Shark, they sent out a replacement air purifier. Unfortunately the replacement has exactly the same issue. At this point I'm getting a refund as I'm not convinced that even if a third were to work properly initially, it would stay working. If you look online for this particular model you'll see other people have the same issue. If set to a manual speed, after a while then purifier reboots and sets itself to level one - it should not do this.

BreatheClear with NeverChange6 Air Purifier - Dove Only had it for a few days so still getting used to the way it works on the auto cycle it’s quite fascinating to watch the viewable screen on the front and the sensors work very well when you move it picks you up and ramps up the fan for a short while then back down to a steady speed and when you start cooking the screen goes from blue to orange and the fan ramps up until it clears the air I’m very pleased with my purchase

Poor purifier, great service
I bought this 2 months ago, and within 2 weeks it was going flat out at 0% and would not recover to 100%. To be fair, support was great and replaced the unit with a new one, sadly within a couple of weeks the same issue happened again. There seems to be an issue with the sensor on these, as mine was not an isolated issue.

I’ve had my new air purifier for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed with it. I love how simple it is to use — just turn it on and let it do its thing. The sleep timer is a great feature too, as it keeps the noise to a minimum overnight. I’ve also been amazed at how well it detects different odours and automatically ramps up the filtration when needed. For example, when cleaning the floor with spray, it quickly sensed the smell and increased the filtration to help clear it. The screen is very clear, with information that’s easy to understand and see at a glance. Most importantly, we’ve noticed a big difference in cooking smells around the house. No more lingering aromas the day after cooking! Overall, I’m really pleased with it and would definitely recommend it.

Great looking machine, very quiet.
Only had for few weeks but so very happy with machine. It looks very smart and colour is really nice so blends nicely into rooms around the house. The unit is very quiet, we were very surprised how quiet it was. You can definately have in bedroom witout disturbing sleep. Mainly purchased to get pollen out of air as both have hay-fever and been bad year and any spores from winter in the air as asthma worse in winter. Bit early to to say on this as time will tell. So far very happy with the unit.

Was thinking about, either app operated or without. Made the right decision. The built quality & feather packed & auto mode sensor. Just made one less thing to worry about including app less.

Straight to work very efficiently
I purchased this as my partner suffers from allergies from time to time, having 3 ragdoll cats in the house keeps our Shark vacuum and now our air purifier very busy. My partner complained that when I waled into bedroom with newly applied aftershave on it affected her (in the wrong way) and as I never sprayed it in the room I was a bit sceptical. I don't know if this is a good thing but after coming out the shower with newly applied after shave and deodorant I reduce the room air quality from 100% to around 80% and increases the fan (not good for the ego). The point is I does pick up and remove after shave and deodorant particles from the air plus all the other nasties. Just set it up (5 mins) and leave running and it does its job admarably. Apologies for any grammatical errors but this is a real review written by a real human.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to
The purifier works great it does what it's supposed to the downsides are it doesn't have separate extra filters at the day of purchase Also I would prefer if shark could release them on the same day they release the air purifier if it lasts six years I'll be amazed The filter that is It would be nice if they also released a high carbon filter also for pet owners and people more concerned with odors . The Earth flow is great the sensors work perfectly And this is a really good it a purifier As I say the only issues are the previously mentioned. I like that I sell pre-motor guards to stop all the dust and dirt getting straight to the filter That can be easily cleaned and don't need replacing The six years is optimistic for the filter and the test that shackle have done obviously people's homes are different so they can never give an exact figure but I would prefer being able to have a spare one
