Customers Say
The Shark PowerDetect cordless vacuum offers strong suction, excellent pet hair pickup, and adaptive cleaning with useful light detection. Lightweight and easy to maneuver, but dustbin release and battery life receive some criticism.

Great cordless Hoover
Best hoover I’ve used with shark so far really good pick up lasts long on detect mode. Only thing I’d cristise is the button to open to empty gets stuck and tricky to shut but if I call up shark there so good there just replace the part I’m sure.

Thus vacuum cleaner is amazing
I charged my new cordless vacuum and used it in my clean wooden floor. The light showed lots of cat hairs on the surface and when I was finished the amount of dust/hairs which had been collected was amazing.

I'm impressed with this cleaner & pleased I bought
I'm impressed with this cleaner. I love the fact it has a built in light which shows you where the debris is. I also like the way you can remove the handle and have a hand held vacuum for getting into awkward places

Good suction
I purchased this a few weeks ago and overall I am happy with it. However I donot like the side push button that empties it. It seems to require multiple attempts before it works it needs improving.

Shark Cordless vacuum, Recommended by Which,
Had this a few weeks, I bought it because Which magazine recommended it. Not disappointed so far, very good on carpets and self adjusts on hard surfaces, Full power is very good at picking up hair and grit. Not so good in the car, though I only used the hand held unit with the extension. I don't have the car kit.Easy to use on the stairs, much lighter than my Miele unit. Good at dusting windowsills, shelves etc.I also bought an extra battery, The Shark was a very good price from Argos.
