Wouldn’t choose another brand
Our 3rd shark hoover. The last one was replaced for brand new under the 5year warranty it comes with. Although it took some back and fourth to get the replacement I recommend you ring shark. Don’t use the online chat as your just passed about to different operators. All of them want to help but when I rang and spoke to someone it was sorted in a week. The hoover is great. Lots of suction. Love the light at the front that shines in the darker areas. Would highly recommend shark.

Poor / cheap build quality
I’ve just recently bought this and apart from the suction which is quite good, the rest of it is rather disappointing it’s more plasticky than my last one, the dust bin / waste container is small, and there’s no means to secure the hose to the back of the hoover so it just flaps about when hoovering, the build quality for the price is very disappointing and if I hadn’t already used it to try it I would have returned it. A shame really as I’m used to getting great quality from Shark in the past.
