Binatone FHD200 is a Quick Release Full HD Dash Cam. Recording ultra-clear video footage in full HD 1080p resolution, you can review and playback your footage on the large 2-inch high-quality colour screen. The FHD200 camera auto-starts with your vehicle and has a 130-degree viewing angle with automatic collision detection and recording, whilst the G-sensor ensures your car can continue to be monitored while parked. The quick-release magnetic function also allows for rapid removable and easy movability between vehicles.
For driving after dark, you can trust the clear night vision technology to deliver perfect results.
A USB car charger is also included for straightforward charging on the move.

Due to technical reasons, Parking mode is disabled by default.
The camera can record footages of events occurring when your car is parked with engine off. The built-in battery will keep the sensor of your device in stand-by mode, and will start recording automatically for 30 seconds if it detects vibration or shock. Parking mode can only record and save a footage after an event has been detected by the sensor. Please see the link below for the instructions:

Binatone FHD200 Full HD Quick Release Dash Cam:
The internal battery is only for emergency backup, not for continuous use. It will stay powered for just a few seconds (up to about a minute) to save the last recording and shut down properly. For normal operation or parking mode, the dash cam must remain connected to a power source.

I can see on page 14 it advises:

I can advise that the Binatone FHD200 Full HD Quick Release Dash Cam does not need hardwiring. It is supplied with a long cable that plugs in to the internal power outlet.
