Did not hang straight
Collected this shade from my local Argos. Delivery to the store and collection was straight forward. When collected box had already been opened. When hung it looked lovely apart from it would not hang straight …. Hence the 1 star. The bit that annoys me is that the warehouse must have known the product was faulty when it was sent out to the store.

Our supplier has advised that the Argos Home Empire Chandelier Light can be cleaned using a dry soft cloth to clean the surface of the beads and do not use any cleaning detergent or polish / abrasive cleaner.
