Useful for old kit
Good compatibility here for connecting different things in different directions. If you have a pair of scart devices, this set will connect them. The build quality doesn't feel super premium but mine functions just fine.

Bought this to use with my N64 and found it worked perfectly! Connected to the TV with no issues and it was a good length. Picture quality was great and no issues with the image!

to make a amazon firestick work on old style CRT t
brought a 'HDMi to Composite (red yellow white)' convertor from amazon online to make an amazon fire stick work on my old style Tv (CRT tv). I used this argos product to connect the composite side of the convertor to a scart input on my TV. Yes I did try a direct hdmi to scart convertor but I got no audio and i didnt want to buy another. so now the hdmi to composite convertor + the argos product allows my amazon firestick to work on my old TV. pretty cute. Probably will buy some more for backup.

The PS1 requires a specialized adapter to connect to a TV, which the Scart Connecting Kit does not provide.

The Scart Connecting Kit would not be suitable. You would need an AV Multi Out plug which has a smaller connector that goes into the Wii.
