Bought to connect scart output on VCR to smart TV. Note that there's an input/output switch on the cable scart plug as well as on the adaptor. The one on the plug isn't shown in the photos for some reason.

made the mistake of buying a dvd with scart lead it wasn't compatible with my tv so this solved all my problems

If the PS2 have the 3RCA output socket and the Smart TV have the Scart input socket, it is workable.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for Scart Connecting Kit.
The PS1 requires a specialized adapter to connect to a TV, which the Scart Connecting Kit does not provide.

This doesn't support HDMI connections, this is still an analogue connection and not a digital connection.

The Scart Connecting Kit would not be suitable. You would need an AV Multi Out plug which has a smaller connector that goes into the Wii.

This is for connecting AV signal transmission and you can switch between output and input with the phono to SCART adaptor switchable signal. It does not have any HDMI connections.

I was unable to find information on that specific model. This is a SCART converter that will allow a SCART connection to standard AV connection on a TV without a SCART connection. One end has a SCART connection the other end has the AV cables. There is also another adapter with it to convert the AV connections back into a SCART if required.
